I made a Strawberry Fields Spunach
Salad for the heat today! Marinated the chicken in apple and seasonings and made apple vinaigrette, with strawberries and feta cheese!

Family and Friends, Happy Mothers Day!
I am posting at 30 AM. To show you that I am working straight through the night to bring you a special Mothers day buffet! I am making everything from scratch, of course!

CENTER CUT PORK TOPPED WITH MY SCRATCH DRESSING AND SMOTHERED IN SAUCE THEN BAKED SLOWLY
TURKEY AND DRESSING FOR A BACK UP

We will have STUFFED FRENCH TOAST and if time allows I will make some b of my Quiche with fruit and potatoes on the side!

Good morning everyone! We planned to have a big BBQ for Easter but since we weren't open I have been up all night smoking baby back ribs, pulled pork, chicken skewers, and fried chicken. We will have baked beans, potato salad and all the fixings! We would love to have you join us!
