This popular Swedish street food starts with our from-scratch tunnbröd (a Swedish flatbread), and filled with a layer of mashed potatoes, a hot dog, crispy onions, ketchup, Dijon, and a creamy relish! This may sound strange, but they are oh so delicious!! (Tunnbrödsrulle are also sometimes available with shrimp salad, but we decided to skip that this time!)

These decadent chocolate truffles are bursting with passion fruit flavor! The inside of the truffle is a silky ganache made with coconut milk and semisweet chocolate which is coated in a chocolate shell. These truffles are vegan and gluten free!
