Blessed Mabon!
We love River Yoga!

🍂 Happy Mabon! 🍂

Today marks the Autumnal Equinox, a threshold of balance between day and night. This season invites us to listen inwards and reflect on what we've been harvesting.

Mabon also reminds us that gratitude doesn’t have to be elaborate. Sometimes, the simplest rituals are the most meaningful:

🍁 Go on a nature walk and notice what is changing around you

🍎 Create your own simmer pot with apples, cinnamon, cloves, orange, or other cozy scents

🕯️ Light a candle and name what you’re grateful for, ordinary or profound

🎶 Wiggle to your favorite song

May this turning of the Wheel bring you balance, gratitude, and a gentle reminder that every season has something to teach us 🍂✨

"To pumpkin, or not to pumpkin, that is the question." - Jenni
September - November drinks are out today! We have pumpkin all year long, but it is always fun to feature it in the Halloween Capitol.
