We don’t usually warn you when something’s leaving the menu (things move fast around here), but this one deserves a proper send-off. Hokkaido scallops, smoked shallot soubise, pickled mustard seed, red veined sorrel from Mise en Place Farm. Gluten friendly. Last weekend on the menu. ⁣

More news! We’ve expanded our bar reservations for the entire week - book a spot at our bar and dig into our Secret Menu. Maybe a Preserve Burger or our Mushroom Cheesesteak?

🍾 Big news - Preserve’s kitchen is now open ‘til 10pm, every Friday and Saturday! We’ll be taking reservations ‘til 9:30, and accepting walk-ins as late as 9:50, every weekend.

That’s a whole extra hour to hang with us, and it also means more time to hang out for a cocktail after you dine with us, or stop by for an after dinner drink if you’re out and about.

Did we mention we have an all new dessert menu? Stick around on the later side with us this Friday and/oe Saturday, dig into some dessert, and sip on a Pistachio Carajillo or our new Martin Espesso. We can’t wait to see you.

Valentine’s Day at Preserve 💌

The menu is set and it’s very much our love language. A multi-course dinner inspired by winter flavors, preserved ingredients, and cooking for people we like a lot.

We’ll be offering special cocktails created just for the night, plus an optional wine pairing if you want to go all in.

After watching the weather closely, we’ve decided to close today so our staff can stay safe during the winter storm.
We’ll reopen Wednesday, February 4th, once repairs are complete, and can’t wait to welcome you back.
