This time I found a Chickpea Rotini Pasta Salad recipe on the back of a box of Simply Nature Chickpea Rotini from Aldi—and of course, I had to try it!

The chickpea pasta is gluten-free, and this colorful pasta salad is loaded with fresh veggies and plenty of flavor. But the real question is… is the recipe on the box actually worth making? 👀

These garlic butter shrimp remind me of the shrimp I had on the North Shore of Oahu. They are garlicky, buttery and perfect when served with a lemon wedge and scoop of jasmine rice.
