We cook on your site or deliver ready to serve !! Our specialities include :
Ribs, chicken, top rounds of beef, boneless fresh hams, whole pigs

We only use fresh meats and can supply the following additional items :
Large fresh Kaiser rolls
Amish made hickory BBQ sauce
Horseradish sauce
Special seasonings and rub

We are a family business for over 20 years and do all of our own work

tailor each event to your needs
We do not charge by the person
We are fully insured
We do not supply side dishes- we are a BBQ business ONLY
We are happy to meet prior to booking and of course give free estimates and consultation
We don't request deposits unless there are multiple requests for the same date. Quantities and selections of meats can be adjusted up to 10 days prior to the event. We can accommodate a wide range of events with no minimum or maximum number of guests. We expect payment in full on the day of the event.
