Pretty sure this will be Saturday evenings take out dish. It's official name is Nasi Goreng, or Indonesian fried rice. One of my absolute favorite dishes to make and to eat! Made with long grain rice, mushroom, broccoli, bacon, ham, carrot, onion, water chestnuts, and a soy sauce reduction. Topped with a fried egg with a side of tomato and cucumber (not pictured). It's a must try!
As with the spaghetti dinner, I need preorders. So if you want this dish on Saturday evening between 4 and 8pm for take out, drop me a message here and give me a pick up time and how many orders you need. See ya soon!

If I can keep this dinner special going from week to week, this is on my short list of dishes. It's actual name is Nasi Goreng. It's Indonesian fried rice and is considered a staple in that country. There is no single recipe for this dish as it varies from place to place. So, this is my version of this dish taught to me by an uncle who spent some childhood growing up in Indonesia. If this is something that you would like to try, keep these dinners going and I will continue to bring special dishes like this to Jordo's.

Thinking Chicken Marsala for the evening special this weekend. Either Friday or Saturday, maybe both nights. What do y'all think?
