Edited: picture on left is our actual sandwich…
Big Crispy
Chicken Caprese
on grilled flatbread….

Ok so definitely not my pic, and honestly I despise any food establishment using fake pic for their posts.💯

So this will be replaced as soon as possible, but honestly it’s a pretty close representation of our new sandwich.

The Chicken Caprese
Is a
Big crispy chicken breast
Grilled flatbread
FRESH Mozzarella
Tomatoes
Pesto
And a beautiful
Raspberry balsamic reduction drizzle.

As of Tuesday Oct. 13th at 11:00 am this is what the forecast is showing for Wednesday our normal set up time.

We are not giving up hope, and we’re watching the forecast closely.

So hopefully the forecast changes tonight or in the morning.

But if not😢 standing in a metal box during a thunderstorm is just not the place we wanna be.

Everyone say a prayer 🙏🏼 for the forecast to change.

We love bringing what you CRAVE‼️💯

We get compliments all the time about our chicken sandwiches and wraps.

We also get asked what we do to make them😃

This is how they start….

This is an 8 1/2 pound loaf of sourdough bread…

Is it pretty, uhh no🤷🏻‍♂️

Can you eat 8 1/2 pounds of bread, umm I guess you can try🤔🤣

We just make it, to turn it into crumb…

All 8 1/2 ponds of it will be cut up and toasted and ran through the food processor just to make bread crumb to coat our chicken breast to make our big crispy chicken…

Minus a few pieces that need butter slathered on the fresh out of the oven…

Ya know, quality control and all🤣🤣🤣🤣

Could we just buy commercial chicken already breaded…

NOPE…‼️
That’s not how we roll💯
