Tonight! Wine Down Thursday: Wine Crush!
June 18 | 6–7:30pm
Sampler: $20/person

Certain wines have that instant spark of connection. You don't have to search for nuance or dissect every detail; something about the wine simply speaks to you. That effortless pull, that instant magic, is exactly what we're pouring this week.

Join us tonight as we share three wines we're currently crushing on, personally selected by Katie, Crystal, and Kasia. From the windswept coast of northwestern Spain to the rolling hills of Slovenia and the historic vineyards of France's Loire Valley, we'll explore three distinctive bottles and the stories behind them—and why they've earned a place on our current favorites list.

Featured Wines
• 2023 Do Ferreiro Albariño
Widely regarded as a benchmark producer of Albariño, Do Ferreiro is located in the Val do Salnés, the heart of Spain's Rías Baixas. Gerardo Méndez and his father Francisco were among the original 14 growers who founded the appellation in 1988. The region's ocean influence and natural mountain protection create ideal conditions for Albariño, resulting in a wine that is vibrant, crisp, and endlessly refreshing, with bright lime notes, stony minerality, and a lingering saline finish.

• 2019 Kabaj Sauvignon Blanc
Nestled in the hills of western Slovenia near the Italian border, Kabaj is a winery shaped by perseverance and tradition. Inspired by travels to Georgia, winemaker Jean-Michel Morel employs skin contact across all white wines. This Sauvignon Blanc spends seven days on its skins and ages 24 months in French oak, yielding honeyed florals, savory herbs, and mineral depth.

• 2019 Domaine de la Chevalerie “Galichets” Bourgueil
Since 1640, the Caslot family has farmed in Bourgueil, one of the Loire's great Cabernet Franc appellations. Today, the 14th generation tends 33 certified biodynamic hectares with minimal intervention. Sourced from 60-year-old vines and aged in large old barrels, Galichets is the most approachable wine in their parcellaire lineup, offering generous notes of plum, cassis, earthy spice, and supple tannins.

Wine Down Thursday: Rosé Sale!
June 4 from 6 to 7:30pm
Sampler: $25/person

Rosé season is here, and we're celebrating in style! Join us for an evening dedicated to four of our absolute favorite rosés — a carefully curated selection that spans the best of California's sun-soaked vineyards to the storied, prestigious wine regions of the Loire Valley in France. Whether you're a devoted rosé enthusiast or just discovering the magic of pink wine, this is an evening not to be missed. And here's the best part — this is a rare opportunity to stock up for the season! We are offering 10% off all rosé bottles purchased at the event, so come ready to sip, discover, and take home your new warm-weather favorites. No need to reserve or buy tickets, just show up with a smile, a thirst for something beautiful, and maybe an extra bag for all the bottles you'll want to bring home! There might even be a surprise fifth rosé for you…

Featured wines:
2025 Matthiasson California Rosé
Provençal in spirit, Californian in character. Pale salmon with aromas of white strawberry, dried herbs, and saline lift. The palate is taut and precise — bright acidity, silky texture, and a clean mineral finish. Serious, restrained, and effortlessly elegant.

2025 Bedrock Ode to Lulu Rosé
A love letter to Bandol, crafted from old-vine Mourvèdre with estate Grenache and Cinsault. Expect a deeper salmon hue, wild strawberry, garrigue, and iron-tinged minerality. The palate delivers structure and grip uncommon in rosé — savory, complex, and built for the table.

2025 M. Plouzeau Chinon Rive Gauche Rosé
Pure Loire Cabernet Franc in rosé form. Pale salmon with aromas of crushed raspberry, white pepper, and chalky minerality. Crisp and bone-dry on the palate with vibrant acidity and a clean, herb-tinged finish. Elegant and refreshingly understated.

2025 Pascal & Nicolas Reverdy Sancerre Rosé Terre de Maimbray
Pinot Noir grown on the famed Kimmeridgian limestone of Sancerre at its most refined. Pale copper-pink with delicate aromas of red currant, rose petal, and flinty minerality. The palate is precise and weightless — electric acidity, silky texture, and a stony, lingering finish.
