Mexico City Corn is back - Hooray! but only for a short time!!! Get it while it's HOT (aka Michigan corn growing season won't be here for much longer) as we'll only have this super flavorful seasonal offering for a short time!

Scraped Michigan Corn tossed with a smidge of mayo, a mélange of Chiles, sharp cheese and a squeeze of fresh lime!

GO LOCO! We know we are!!

With back to school around the corner (plus student move in:)!!!, football season approaching, Wedding/Catering season still going stong and a minor detail of OPENING FRITA IN DALLAS 🤠 🩵 🌟 (which has been an absolutely amazing experience - and we are sincerely, head over heels in love with our team there ✨) it’s a crazy, but awesome time and thought this week’s Frita Friday winners deserved to Go Loco too! For those of you who don’t know, going loco means getting your favorite Frita with all of the following...Tropical Slaw, Avocado Spread, Cilantro Lime Salsa, melted Muenster and a Sunny Side Up Egg! (Feel free to add fresh or grilled jalapeños if you like as well if that isn’t enough for ya:) It’s an over-the-top but very flavorful way to enjoy your fav Frita!
