To our Kang’s Community,

We are deeply grateful for the overwhelming support we received and we would now like to pay it forward.

Tomorrow, Friday April 3rd, we will be closing our restaurant to the public and will be serving free meals to any healthcare workers. We have a set menu ready to be picked up:

- Spicy Chicken
- Spicy Tofu
- Bulgogi
- Beef Japchai
- Spicy Kimchi Pork
- Bibimbap (chicken, tofu, or seafood) eggs will be fully cooked
- Potstickers (side dish)
- Drinks (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite)
All dishes come with rice

Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will try to accommodate.

Pick up times are from 11:30AM - 2:30PM and 5:00PM - 8:00PM. Limit is two meals per person unless you are picking up for fellow staff members, honor system. Please show us your badge or license when picking up an order.

Thank you to all the healthcare workers on the frontlines. The community owes a great depth of gratitude for all that are risking their lives. We hope that these meals can be a small token of thanks from the Kang’s family.

To our Kang’s community,

We hope this note finds you well in these unprecedented times. With all the anxieties of our current situation, it is important that we remain hopeful and remember to laugh.

For 36 years, our family at Kang’s has loved serving and bringing people together. We hope that in these trying times, we can continue to serve this amazing community. To ensure the safety and health of our employees and customers, we have increased our efforts in combating COVID-19 with:

- Curbside Pickup (when placing an order, please request curbside pickup)

- Ghost Deliveries (contactless order drop-off)

- Pick-up Window (all orders are made at the window for contactless transactions)

- Quarantine Necessities (if you are in need of any basic necessities—toilet paper, water, basic face masks—we will do what we can to provide)

If you’re looking for more ways to protect yourself and your loved ones, check out the CDC website.

Lastly, the effects of COVID-19 have been devastating to local small businesses—like us. As a family we’ve been working diligently to stay afloat but we are facing tribulations due to the current circumstances. We are now extending our need of help to our community. We would be deeply grateful for any contributions—whether it be a donation, an order, or a supportive message.

A special thank you from the Kang's family to all our loyal and new customers for coming out and supporting the Freedom House Kang's Fundraiser! The turnout went above and beyond our expectations and we are honored to be able to contribute to an amazing cause.
