Named after its creator and customer, the 6040 is a breakfast bowl built from the ground up with some serious flavor:

We will be closing at regular time today (3pm)

🚗✨ CRUISE TO THE MOUND IS TONIGHT! ✨🚗

The streets and parking lots will be filled with beautiful classic cars tonight from 5–8 PM, and The Rooted Vegan will be OPEN LATE so you can enjoy the fun! ❤️

🍋 And we’ll be outside, too!
We’ll have our fresh Lemon Shakeups being made right outside The Rooted Vegan in our tent — the perfect cool treat while you stroll around and check out all the cars!

Come enjoy the cars, grab some great food, sip on your favorite drink, and soak up a fun evening downtown. 🚘🍋☕️
