We serve wild-caught Texas Gulf shrimp cooked to perfection, along with crawfish sourced from local waters and Louisiana farms. Every plate is rounded out with Prasek’s smoked sausage, known for its rich flavor and heritage of quality ingredients.

Cooking is in my roots—I learned from my Czech and Italian grandmothers, where something was always simmering and the aroma said it all. That tradition lives on in every batch we serve - real food made with heart.
