💚 World Mental Health Day | October 10 💚

Today is a reminder that mental health matters—and so do you.

Take a moment to check in with yourself, reach out to a friend, listen without judgment, and remember that it’s okay to ask for help when you need it.

Sometimes a simple conversation, a little kindness, or knowing that someone cares can make a bigger difference than we realize. 💚

Let’s work together to create a community where taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health.

Be kind. Check in. Listen. Support one another. 🌿

🇺🇸 We Remember. We Honor. We Will Never Forget.

Today, the Andover Inn joins our community and our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the innocent lives taken, the first responders who ran toward danger, the families forever changed, and the countless acts of courage, compassion, and unity that followed.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember their names, their stories, and the strength our nation showed in the face of unimaginable loss.

May we always carry forward the spirit of unity, kindness, and service that brought Americans together.

In remembrance of September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸
