A little Louisiana swagger is coming to the Andes Hotel this Saturday night!
With Big Mamou bringing their wild mix of Cosmic Cajun, Country and Honky-Tonk to the Tavern, we thought we’d get into the spirit of things and shake up a couple of New Orleans classics especially for the occasion.

THE SAZERAC
Rye wh***ey, an absinthe wash, Peychaud’s bitters and sugar. A little New Orleans history in a glass.

THE HURRICANE
Rum, passion fruit, orange juice and lime juice. Sweet, tangy and packing a punch worthy of Bourbon Street.
