THE GRAVE DIGGER - Saturday - September 5 - We’re going to set up out side our good friends Stripes for their hardcore show with gravehunter_band We will be running a special burger in collaboration with the band, featuring a jalapeño smashburger, mustard fried on a gluten free bun, with grilled onions, provolone, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and our No.5 Burger sauce. We will have a limited number of these burgers along with our signature smashburger for sale. Grill is hot at 6pm, we will be there until we sell out.

Burger of the Month - September - Oklahoma Fried Onion Burger
Made famous by diners on Route 66, like Sid's in Reno, OK, we're bringing this tasty burger to Anderson. Paper thin Vadalia onion slices, pressed into the patty while cooking, allowing the onions to fry in the rendered beef fat while the burger cooks. The bun is then steamed on top of the burger after flipping, elevating the Martin's potato roll into a pillow-y soft, faintly onion flavored bun. These burgers are so good. I ate two yesterday. We will be running these burgers all through the month of September. As a reminder, we do not offer modifications or substitutions for our Burger of the Month specials.
