TOMORROW at Bluebird Coffee Company

Get ready for a flavor-packed special you do NOT want to miss — introducing our California Lobster Rice Bowl. If you’re a sushi lover, this one was made for you.

Fresh sushi rice topped with lobster meat, sliced cucumbers, carrots, avocado, cream cheese, soy sauce, and rice vinegar — finished with yum yum sauce, sriracha, furikake, and green onions for the perfect kick of flavor.

This bowl is fresh, creamy, savory, and absolutely addictive. If you thought you loved sushi before… just wait until you try this.

Available tomorrow for lunch while supplies last. Come see us at Bluebird Coffee Company — we can’t wait to serve you!

We want to thank everyone for your patience yesterday! I wasn’t expecting such a big crowd right after the storm, but you guys proved me wrong. We ended up having a record-breaking Saturday at Bluebird!

I sincerely apologize for the delays with breakfast. We had so many orders coming in that it was hard to keep up, and if we got your order wrong, please forgive us. We’d love the opportunity to make it right and give you a better experience next time.

We are incredibly grateful for the support this town continues to show us. We never want to take that for granted. We love you guys, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without you.

Y’all are what make Bluebird Coffee Company successful, and we’re so thankful to be part of this community!

The storm is gone and our ovens are on. Come join us for breakfast this morning. We look forward to serving you.
