Head baker and lifelong Alaskan Barbara Strong has been sweetening up family and friend's weddings and special events for years with Parisian macarons, cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts handcrafted from scratch. James, Barbara's brother, brought his background in the restaurant industry (and in razzing his little sister) to the Sweet Caribou mission of sharing Barbara's exceptional sweets with Alaskans. At Sweet Caribou, we use the highest quality ingredients, make everything from scratch, and cook in small batches to create extraordinary desserts.
