For 30 years, Glacier BrewHouse has been more than a restaurant.

It's been a gathering place. A place to celebrate milestones, share meals with family and friends, enjoy a handcrafted beer, and create memories that last a lifetime.

Our Chefs had an amazing time at the Copper River Seafood First Fish event last Friday 👨‍🍳!!

As the reigning champions, our team was excited to bring balanced flavors into the salmon dish - a Pan-Seared White Miso Copper River Salmon! This unique dish had Seared Salmon with White Miso Glaze & Furikake Spice, served over Sweet Potato Mash, Seared Broccolini, Soy Mustard and Mild Chili Oil.

Though we had a ton of votes, we didn't come home with the gold. That being said we want to congratulate the winners and also give a huge thank you to Copper River Seafoods, the contestants, and everyone who came to support a great cause! We're looking forward to next year 💪
