In honor of Rosh Hashana, we have a limited run of Rugelach and Challah crowns (Friday pm)!

Rugelach are traditional Jewish cookies made with currants, walnuts, apricots and cinnamon sugar rolled in a flaky dough.

Challah crowns will be coming out Friday afternoon and are made with golden raisins for the coming new year!

James Beard awards! Fire Island is among 5 finalists for America’s most outstanding bakery. Incredibly proud of our team and community!

Fire Island is #1...in our hearts! While we travel home without the medallion, it was an unforgettable event. We walk away humbled and grateful after sharing the room with the countries’ most talented restaurant and hospitality artisans. Chicago offered an incredible backdrop, a showcase of diversity, resilience and creativity.

This experience has given us inspiration and ideas to improve our craft. Thank you for the outpouring of support, and especially for our bakery team who work hard EVERY DAY and built a unique Alaskan culture of welcoming hospitality, innovation and culinary excellence!

🎉B**r Garden Fundraiser🎉
This Wednesday (5/20) starting at 4 pm to kick off our first summer market of the season! We will be selling cans of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages in our back garden for our community partner Airport Height Elementary!

Airport Heights Elementary funds & maintains a community ice rink plus a wonderful garden program for their students. 🌱They will also have a table selling plants that the students grew.

This upcoming Monday begins our summer hours. So please come see us next week, May 4th and 5th at k st marketplace. You can expect to find delicious baked goods and savory items until they sell out! Looking forward to sunny skies and May flowers. Our sister company, LITTLE SISTER ESPRESSO .espresso will continue to be open 7 days a week 7am-4pm.
