Hey folks! It’s been a while but on Thursday, September 17, 2026, the Papaya Tree food truck makes a return to Girdwood Brewing Company (2700 Alyeska Hwy) from 12PM to 9PM! Our specials of the day are Chicken Red Curry with Jasmine Rice! We will also have cheese rolls, roasted tomatoes & peppers sauce and sticky rice! Drinks will include Thai iced tea, canned soda and bottled water! Come out and grab some great GBC brews paired with Papaya Tree goodness!!

Hey folks! It’s been a hectic summer season and thank you to everyone that hit us up at the Girdwood Forest Fair, the Bear Paw Festival, the Arctic Thunder Air Show, and the Alaska State Fair! We really appreciate you! We will be getting back to a more regular routine! Please check out our schedule for this week.
On Tuesday, September 15, 2026, the Papaya Tree food truck is at ANHC (4951 Business Park Blvd) for lunch from 11AM to 1:30PM! Our special of the day is Chicken Red Curry with Jasmine Rice! 🌟 Today we honor and celebrate Alaska’s active military and veterans with special events and savings. All military personnel (active and retired) receive Fair admission at the gate for just $5!
