On Thursday, June 18, 2026, the Papaya Tree food truck is at API (3700 Piper St) from 11AM to 1:30PM, then downtown from 5PM to 8PM for the Anchorage Downtown Partnership Live After Five concert featuring hussyhicks! Our special of the day is Sai Gawk or Lao Pork Sausages! We will also have crispy chicken skins, fried cheese rolls, tomatoes & peppers sauce, and sticky rice! Drinks will include Thai iced tea, canned soda and bottled water! We hope to see you!

Traveling all the way from Australia, H***y Hicks is excited to bring their blend of folk, blues, country, rock, and roots to downtown Anchorage!

Join us on Thursday, June 18 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at our home away from home on F Street between 6th and 7th Avenues for a block-party edition of our signature summer concert series.

First, at the Fort Richardson Troop Store (602 Richardson Dr) from 11AM to 1:30PM, then at the 90 AMU/FS Building 16710 (16710 Talley Ave) from 2PM to 4PM! Our special of the day is Aw G*i or Lao Chicken Stew with Jasmine Rice! We will also have cheese rolls, tomatoes & peppers sauce, and sticky rice! Drinks will include Thai iced tea, canned soda and bottled water!

Our special of the day is Pork Belly Red Curry with Jasmine Rice! We will also have crispy chicken skins, fried cheese rolls, and sticky rice!
