Fairbanks…..
Wow. Just wow. Even with all of the extra supplies we brought, it still wasn’t enough. We even arranged for a last minute delivery, (thanks Devin!), but it still wasn’t enough.

We sold out at 7pm. 7pm. That may be a record for our shortest Midnight Sun Festival yet.

You all showed up and showed up hungry! I’m still in shock.

Thank you for your love and support, Fairbanks. We will be back. And with even more supplies, I promise.

We took some GoPro footage of our never-ending line. Once Marty goes through it, I’ll post it. But for now, we relax and float the Chena.

Fairbanks friends, you know how to show up and throw down! Thank you!

Thank you for showing us so much love every time we make this trek. It makes my heart grow 3x bigger when I hear you ask for a secret menu item or tell me that you’ve been waiting for our arrival. We’ve missed you as much as you’ve missed us!

Tomorrow is our last day in Fairbanks and we’re gonna make it a great one. We’ve got two new menu items that we’re debuting here- the DogFather Dog and the Aloha Dog.

So, come on down to the court house parking lot from noon until midnight to help us celebrate the Midnight Sun Festival.

Fairbanks! We’re coming for YOU! Midnight Sun Festival in Downtown!

We will be set up in the parking lot of the Courthouse, just like last year, serving up our burgers, sausages, smiles, and love!

Open from noon until midnight (or sell out). We’re bringing more supplies than ever, so we don’t run out.

We can’t wait to serve you!

Long post warning. I’m tired and emotional. lol.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for helping me continue living the dream that my father began. This past weekend I realized why I love food trucking so much. It’s you. My friends. My customers. My family. My fellow food truckers and vendors. My event organizers. My people. ❤️

You showed up with open arms to welcome Tyler aka the Glizzy Goddess at the Showdown Alaska concerts! You all made her work her butt off and she LOVED it! Sold out by 11pm!! Thank you. 🎉🎉

And you all braved that crazy Palmer weather to see us at Colony Days Palmer Alaska! You have no idea how many times I heard “I saw your daughter last night! She killed it!” And “I’m going to the concert tonight and I’m ordering from Tyler!” 0r, “I wait every year for my Mac Dog!” Thank you. ❤️

Thank you. Thank you for supporting our small family business. Our business is built on you, our family. And we truly appreciate you. ❤️

And, special thanks to Zaneta with Sunday Fresh Market O'Malley and Kelley with The Colony Chamber of Commerce for going above and beyond for their vendors. It means so much to actually feel loved by an event organizer. Not just anyone would offer to run and grab soda for your cart or sleep in their office during a windstorm to watch vendors belongings. You two are truly special people. Thank you. ❤️

And, a special shout out to Kristen and Brad at Anchorage Weekend Downtown You guys did it right today. I wasn’t there, but it was a tough decision and I’m impressed. Thank you for making your vendors’ safety and concerns a priority. Thank you for not looking the other way. Thank you. ❤️

Roman, one of our very favorite past Sullivan Arena employees came out to see us in action in the food truck at Colony Days Palmer Alaska. And, he noticed the Mac Daddy burger on the menu.

Well, friends, now that he tried one, and LOVED it, he might be trying to convince me to add it to the menu at the Sully.

Hmmmm……. That’s what we call food for thought. 😏
