Sara's Sandwich Shop Voted Anchorage's Best many years in a row!! Sara's was opened in the mid-80's by Kent Nelson. It is still in its original location.

Sara's started out as a pick-up and delivery only business. When Oroweat moved from next door, Kent turned that section into a dining room for customers to come in, sit down and eat lunch.

Sara's Sandwiches on Arctic Blvd will be open again on Saturdays starting this Saturday, October 21st! Just a reminder that Saturdays are Souper Saturday where if you get a sandwich you also can get a FREE 8 oz cup of soup!! Hope to see you there!
