About You:
2-3 years experience or more in a fast-paced, upscale, high-volume, full-service restaurant or bar
Excellent attention to detail, memory, and time management
Eager and positive attitude
Strong desire to learn and dedication to constant improvement
Engaging, friendly personality and excellent people skills
Passionate about food, wine, and spirits
Professional, punctual, dependable, and consistent
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Anchorage Municipality Food Handler's certification
TAP Card-Training for Alcohol Professionals certification
Must have flexible availability
Sunday and Monday availability is necessary

LINE COOKS NEEDED!
Suite 100 Restaurant, Bar, and Lounge is hiring skilled, talented, driven, and dependable line cooks! We cook real food for many happy guests every day in a busy, high-volume, cooking-from-scratch, South Side restaurant.
Pay is $18-$20 per hour (plus tips), depending upon experience and performance, with room for advancement.
You MUST have an impressive work ethic, a great attitude, a desire to learn and develop, and a determination to be an integral part of a team of restaurant professionals.

Qualifications - Food preparation, cooking, and food handling experience- restaurant or kitchen experience - knife skills- quick hand speed.
Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card required.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
Handle food safely and maintain a clean workspace and kitchen environment.
Collaborate with team members to streamline meal preparation and service.
Utilize knife skills for efficient food preparation and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
