It’s a beautiful Saturday morning here at the Midtown Farmers Market at 900 E Benson Blvd and we’re here until 2pm.
This is our last Saturday at this market for the season. We will be out of town for the next 2 weeks on our annual family vacation. The second week of October, we will be in South Anchorage for the winter (address, dates and times to be posted when we return).
Today we have our regular menu of chicken and sausage Gumbo, Cajun potato soup, hot roast beef PoBoys, and Beignets.
If you can’t make it here for your last Beignets Fix of the season before 2pm, we have DoorDash turned on for your delivery convenience.

It’s food truck Friday at the Alaska Native Medical Center again! Don’t let this dreary Fall weather stop you from getting that Cajun comfort food! This is definitely Gumbo weather for sure! We’re here until 2pm in the park next to the pond just off Tudor Rd.
We have our regular menu of chicken and sausage Gumbo, Cajun potato soup, hot roast beef PoBoys, and Beignets. We have more cinnamon chocolate chip scones and pumpkin spice scones today.

Good Thursday morning Beignet Fans!
We are here with some of our food truck fam at the Spenard Food Truck Carnival until 2pm today. This is Beignet Today’s last Thursday at the Food Truck Carnival. Then we will be in South Anchorage at 11460 Old Seward Hwy this evening 4-6pm.
We have our regular menu of chicken and sausage Gumbo, Cajun potato soup, hot roast beef PoBoys, and Beignets. We have cinnamon chocolate chip scones and pumpkin spice scones today.

What a blustery Wednesday morning we have here Anchorage! Perfect weather for Cajun potato soup or Gumbo, and we have both ready for you. We’re open also have hot roast beef PoBoys, Beignets, cinnamon chocolate chip scones and pumpkin spice scones.
We’re open today along side our wonderful lot mates in South Anchorage at 11460 Old Seward Hwy until 6pm. We’re starting to transition to winter hours and today is the first day of that. If you can’t make it here due to the wind, we have DoorDash turned on for your delivery convenience.

Happy Saturday Beignet Fans!
We are at the Midtown Farmers Market today until 2pm feeling the lovely Fall weather.

Good morning Anchorage on this beautiful Friday.
On this day of remembrance, I want to say that I will never forget the heroic actions of everyone who fought back on those planes, and of the many first responders both human and canine that pushed through horror to save as many as they could. I will never forget being woken up by a telephone call from my Dad asking if I and my husband were being deployed imminently. The fear for what may happen in the next few hours to my little family living on McChord AFB. The base wide lockdown orders and no fly zone orders. The contingency plan for where our children will go if we both had to leave (a three year old and a 9 month old). Twenty five years have passed, and I still remember the flood of emotions getting the phone calls while watching everything unfold on TV. Today, I still feel emotional remembering it all, but I will honor those who served and sacrificed and their families. That is what “Never forget” means to me.
Today, we will be on the ANMC campus 11-2pm serving our regular menu of chicken and andouille sausage Gumbo, Cajun potato soup, hot roast beef PoBoys, and Beignets. We have a few Pumpkin spice scones and Cinnamon chocolate chip scones that I made this morning. If you can’t make it before 2pm, we have DoorDash turned on.

Good evening Beignet Fans!
We are safely relocated in South Anchorage and we’ll be open until 6pm.
It’s so nice to have some normalcy, just don’t mind me while I snack on some secret menu items to raise my blood sugar. Dani’s protein bowl and Dawn’s meal FTW.
Be sure to pick something up this evening before we close, or DoorDash if you can’t make it here before 6pm.
