What do you do on a weekend that is windy, snowy, earth-shaky, and sunny? Bake a Hawaiian cake based on a friend's suggestion. Any why stop with one cake? Try 2 different types.... both incredible. I may or may not have kept the 3Bees away from it.... it's mama's new favorite! Haupia cake for the win! Dreaming of a beach vacation now....
