Ever wonder why our breakfast burritos taste different? It’s all about the flame. While most spots use flat tops, we grill our meats over real red oak wood. This traditional process infuses a deep, smoky aroma directly into the protein, elevating every bite beyond your standard breakfast. Combined with farm-fresh eggs, gooey melted cheese, and our house-made salsa, it’s not just a meal—it’s a Santa Ana staple. Ditch the bland, mass-produced chains and taste the difference that authentic, wood-fired craftsmanship makes to your morning routine.
