The California Department of Public Health announced today that it will reinstate its indoor mask mandate through the holidays.
Masks will be required in ANY indoor space for EVERYONE, regardless of vaccination status, from this Wednesday, Dec. 15 through Jan. 15, 2022.
That means you will need to wear your mask at the grocery store, restaurants when not eating, stores, hair salons and anywhere else inside.
In addition, the state is tightening testing requirements for large indoor events for those who are not vaccinated.
You now need to show proof of a negative rapid antigen test within 24 hours or PCR test within 48 hours before attending an indoor event with more than 1,000 people. The previous testing requirement was for 72 hours before the event.
Both of these requirements will impact events at Honda Center.
