Line Cook – Gourmet Hot Dogs & More

Dockside Dogs is growing and looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
We’re not a typical hot dog spot—our menu features creative, high-quality hot dogs alongside fresh salads, warm Bavarian pretzels, steakhouse chili, clam chowder, and desserts like warm apple crisp and brownies with ice cream. We take pride in doing simple food really well, and we’re looking for someone who takes that same approach.
What you’ll do:
• Prepare and assemble gourmet hot dogs and other menu items with consistency and attention to detail
• Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work as part of a team during busy service periods
What we’re looking for:
• Reliability—someone who shows up on time and ready to work
• Ability to move with urgency while maintaining quality
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Kitchen or food service experience preferred, but we may be willing to train the right person
What we offer:
• Up to $20/hour + tips, depending on experience
• 30 hours/week, possibly more, including evenings and weekends
