🚨 THE BAR JUST GOT RAISED. AGAIN. 🚨

Four weeks ago, we celebrated a company record that had stood tall for years.

We talked about setting a new standard.
We talked about raising the bar.
And we asked one simple question...

Who’s next? 👀

Well... we have our answer.

Please help us give a HUGE congratulations to the entire Project LeanNation Waterford Lakes team! 🏆🔥

Just four weeks after watching the benchmark move, Waterford Lakes stepped up and raised it again, officially setting the new standard for a PLN Founding Member record.

This is exactly what we mean when we say iron sharpens iron.

One store raises the bar.
The next sees what’s possible and raises it higher.

Not through luck. Through relentless effort, community connection, belief in the mission, and a commitment to doing the work long before First Fulfillment ever arrives.

Homewood raised the bar. Waterford Lakes raised it again.

And somewhere out there, another PLN team is already looking at that bar thinking...

We’re coming for it. 😎

Congratulations to the entire PLN Waterford Lakes team on setting the newest benchmark for Project LeanNation. 🖤🙌

The standard keeps rising. Game on. 🔥

Project LeanNation is Coming to Northern Delaware!

We’re excited to announce that Project LeanNation is expanding to Northern Delaware, with three locations coming soon!

This multi-unit expansion will be led by an experienced business leader and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience building teams, developing people, and helping organizations grow. With a background spanning executive leadership, consulting, and previous business ownership, this franchise partner brings a strong understanding of what it takes to build successful businesses and, more importantly, great cultures.

But this next chapter is about more than business.

Health, wellness, and nutrition have long been a part of this family’s lifestyle, making Project LeanNation a natural fit. The opportunity to combine that passion with entrepreneurship while building something meaningful for the next generation is at the heart of this partnership.

The vision is to create more than just three places to pick up healthy meals. It’s about building communities where people feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to make sustainable changes that improve their health and quality of life.

With three locations planned across Northern Delaware, we’re excited to continue expanding the Project LeanNation mission and bring convenient, chef-prepared nutrition to even more communities.

Three locations. One shared mission. And an exciting new chapter for PLN in Delaware.

More details coming soon.

Confirmation Day might just be our favorite day of the month.

Most days, our heads are down.

We’re hustling. Building. Solving problems. Opening stores. Supporting our Franchise Partners. Serving our members. Doing everything we can to keep moving Project LeanNation forward.

But Confirmation Day gives us a chance to look up.

To come together as a team. To remember WHY we do this. To reflect on the communities we’ve already impacted — and get fired up about the new ones we’re about to serve.

It’s also our chance to pull back the curtain and show our newest PLN families exactly who we are.

Not just a brand.
Not just a business.
A family of people who genuinely believe we can make a difference in the lives of others.

We believe in serving first.
We believe in building people up.
We believe in redemption lifts — because when God gets involved, He brings everything UP. 🙌

Your purpose.
Your people.
Your family.
Your community.

And through all of it, we keep coming back to who we want to be:

RELENTLESS SERVANTS.

Another incredible Confirmation Day in the books.

One team. One family. One mission.

Let’s keep serving this Nation. 🇺🇸🧡💚

Seriously... that's it.

No grocery shopping.

🚨 NEW. STANDARD. SET. 🚨

Please help us give a huge congratulations to Mendy, Forrest and the entire Project LeanNation Homewood team! 🎉

🏆 323 Founding Members!

Let that sink in...

Not only did Homewood break our previous company record—they’ve officially set the new benchmark for every future First Fulfillment. 🔥

This wasn’t luck. It was months of relentless hustle, serving the community, building relationships, and believing in the mission before the doors ever opened. The result? 323 people choosing to change their lives 👉 before day one. 👈

At Project LeanNation, we believe iron sharpens iron. Every great opening raises the bar for the next one, pushes us to be better, and proves what’s possible when we commit to excellence.

So... who’s going to be the next store to raise the bar? 👀💥

Game on. 😎

Congratulations again to Mendy, Forrest, and the Homewood team on an incredible accomplishment. Your PLN family is proud of you, and we can’t wait to see the lives you’ll impact. 🖤🙌🙌

Some days are bigger than business.

Confirmation Day is one of those days. ❤️

Today we introduced another incredible group of potential franchise partners into the Project LeanNation family. Every family had a different story, a different journey, and a different reason for saying “yes”—but they all shared one vision:

To build a legacy. To serve others. To give back to the communities that helped shape them.

There were laughs, inspiring conversations, unforgettable quotes, and moments that reminded us why we do what we do. These aren’t just future store owners... they’re future community leaders.

As CK said:
“We’re living in the future while operating in the present.”

Today was another step toward that future.

Welcome to the Project LeanNation family. We can’t wait to watch the impact you make. 🖤

A new chapter is coming to Georgia.

We’re excited to announce that Project LeanNation is coming to Chamblee, Georgia, with a new location planned to open in early 2027.

This expansion is being led by a franchise partner whose passion for health and wellness spans more than three decades. With a background in managing high-performance households and private operations, along with years as a certified personal trainer, this owner brings a unique blend of leadership, organization, and a genuine desire to help others live healthier lives.

After spending the last several years focused on family as a stay-at-home dad, Project LeanNation represents the perfect next chapter—a chance to combine a lifelong passion for nutrition with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.

“Health and wellness have been a major part of my life for more than 30 years, and Project LeanNation’s mission aligns closely with my passion for helping people live healthier lives. I’m excited to bring PLN to the Chamblee community and help people make sustainable changes that improve their health and quality of life.”

From day one, the goal is simple: build a welcoming culture, support lasting lifestyle change, and make healthy eating easier for busy individuals and families.

We’re proud to welcome Chamblee to the Project LeanNation family and look forward to serving the community in early 2027. More details coming soon.
