As if anyone could actually give Ryan a hard time. 😂

He’s basically the nicest Employee of the Month a Long Island ice cream shop could ask for… which apparently means I have to stand behind the counter at The Scoop acting like his completely normal, not-at-all overprotective mother. 😌

Just another mother-son shift at our family-owned ice cream shop in Amityville.

Stop in for a quick cone, leave knowing my entire life story.

Small business life: scooping ice cream, making dirty sodas, chatting with customers, and apparently oversharing everything.

The Scoop in Amityville—where the ice cream is cold, the dirty sodas are flowing, and the owner has no internal monologue. 🫤

Your weekly dose of small business reality. 🤦🏼‍♀️
