🇺🇸 A BIG STEP FOR BUFFALO VETERANS! 🇺🇸

Mayor Sean Ryan and the Buffalo Common Council have passed and signed a new local law providing a 100% City property tax exemption for qualifying veterans with permanent and total service-connected disabilities. ❤️🤍💙

👏 What does this mean?
✅ 100% exemption from City of Buffalo property taxes for eligible veterans.
🏡 Applies to qualifying veterans’ primary residences.
🇺🇸 Recognizes the sacrifices of veterans living with permanent, total service-connected disabilities.
🤝 The legislation received unanimous approval from the Common Council.

This law is expected to benefit nearly 300 Buffalo veterans, helping ease the financial burden of homeownership for those who have sacrificed so much in service to our country.

Please note: The exemption applies to City property taxes only. School taxes and taxes imposed by other jurisdictions are not automatically eliminated.
