The Scotch 'n Sirloin has always been run by local people who grew up in this area. Kevin Hanlon, Joe Delaney and Johnny Smith have seen a lot of changes to the area in the thirty-plus years that we have been working at the Scotch, but we have kept the quality of the food and service offered the same.
