Today we’re serving up a Swiss Mushroom Burger that’ll make your tastebuds do a happy dance. We’re talking one of our big, juicy, 100% all-beef patties, grilled to perfection, piled high with melty Swiss cheese, sweet caramelized onions and sautĂ©ed mushies that’ll have you wondering why every burger doesn’t come this way. When we started putting our new menu together, I wanted it to be a little bit of everything I love—some Southern comfort, a little Cajun flair from my roots, and the Midwest classics that make a place feel like home.

The result is a menu that truly has something for everyone.

Whether you're craving mozzarella sticks, wings, one of our new burgers, flatbreads, pizzas, nachos, gumbo, fried chicken, or a Nebraska-famous Flat Iron steak, we've got you covered.

Bringing the kids? We've got personal pan pizzas and small sirloins just for them, among other things 😉.

And don't worry, we kept some of the old favorites too. Our fork-tender prime rib is still here. So is our fresh-never-frozen, hand-breaded Chicken Fried Steak, ribeyes, hamburger steaks, and of course, that salad bar everybody raves about.

Truthfully, if you haven't been to Stockmens lately, I'd love for you to come see what we've been working on. We've poured a lot of heart into this place and into this menu, and I hope you can taste a little bit of that love in every bite.

Jubilee wore us slap out.

Our feet hurt, our backs hurt, our knees hurt, and some of us have conversations with the walk-in cooler now.

We’ll be CLOSED Tuesday to catch up on a few repairs, do some deep cleaning, and give our hardworking crew a chance to recover from one heck of a weekend.

Thank you for making Jubilee so much fun. We are blessed with the best customers and community around.

Y’all might wanna go ahead and make a mental note for this coming Wednesday
 because Indian Taco Night is rollin’ back around at Stockmens Bar & Grill in Amherst Nebraska.

We’ll be servin’ up those big, beautiful Indian Tacos on crispy fry bread piled high with all the good stuff — the kind that make you forget whatever you were plannin’ for supper.

And just to sweeten the deal, we’re mixin’ up $3 margaritas all night long. What flavors will we come up with this week? You will just have to check back to find out.

So mark your calendars, round up your people, and come see us this Wednesday night.

Good morning, everyone!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated with us last night. What an incredible evening!

The band was absolutely fantastic, the dance floor stayed busy, the laughter was plentiful, and the memories made were even better. Nights like that remind us just how blessed we are to be part of such an amazing community. Amherst may be small, but the heart of this town is mighty.

Thank you to everyone who attended, danced, sang along, supported local businesses, volunteered, and helped make the evening such a success. Jubilee weekend is about community, and y’all showed up in the very best way.

The fun isn’t over yet!
