Oustanding Service, Unbelieveable Atmosphere, and Great Local, All Natural, Organic, Wood Fired, Homemade Flatbread, Salads, and Desserts! Back in 1998, when the first Flatbread opened right here in Amesbury, there were hardly any distributors of organic food, and locally produced food was in its infancy, just like the Flatbread company was. So the history of Flatbread is also intertwined with the

local farms and the local producers, like Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury, Valley Hill Farm (goat cheese) in Topsfield, George's Hemlock Hollow Farm (maple syrup) in Kensington, NH, Barbara's Brownies (originally in Amesbury, now in Hampton, NH). Together they produced and we served these local products, and the local community supported us. This rather simple sounding partnership between Flatbread, organic food, local farms, local producers and the local community, has been successfully applied to many other locations. Each new location that is opened becomes an integral part of the fabric of that community through our sustained actions.

Carne - Homemade ground chorizo, our house hot sauce, crushed corn tortilla chips, mozzarella, Copper Kettle Parmesan, and our organic herb blend. Finished with pineapple salsa.

Veggie - Classic Margherita! Cauldron fired tomato sauce, oven roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, copper kettle Parmesan, and our organic herb blend. Finished with balsamic glaze.

Salad - Sliced cucumber, organic pickled red onions, shredded organic carrots, and toasted sesame seeds on top of Little Leaf Farm’s green leaf lettuce with homemade sriracha aioli.

Veggie - Homemade Cajun Mac and cheese, diced bell peppers , cheddar, mozzarella, Copper Kettle Parmesan, and our organic herb blend. Finished with chopped chives.

Our hearts are broken with the loss of Hawley Lawliss 💔

He was truly a one of a kind. Always making everyone laugh or tuning us in with some local history. Hawley was Amesbury’s biggest supporter and he is for sure going to be deeply missed by all of us. We know wherever you are you’re singing your heart away.
