It’s Andyman’s birthday! 🎉 So, in his honor, here are a few things you may or may not know about the man behind the bakery! 🎂

* Andy was born in New Jersey and lived near Philadelphia until he was 10, when his family moved to Massachusetts
* Growing up his family had many holiday traditions revolving around food including making homemade ravioli for Easter, pizzelle for Christmas, and fried dough for New Year’s Eve!
* As a teenager Andy started making Ricotta cheesecakes at home using a recipe passed down from his father and grandmother. Over the years he perfected the recipe and still makes the Ricotta cheesecake that started it all!
* Prior to opening Andyman, Andy sold cheesecakes and muffins out of a small store front on Winter street in Newburyport.
