Owners Chris Virden & Anna-Jean Stroinski established Virdinski's Catering services then ventured into the restaurant business, which ultimately erected in October 2013. Serving Chris’s multiple award winning, twice hickory smoked Bar-B-Que with all the fixings. All Steaks are hand-cut fresh each morning and cooked over an open mesquite fire. We also offer ocean fresh fish, crispy fried catfish, a
