We’ve got a full week of dinner services ahead, including multiple nights at Sam’s Club, a trip out to Claude for the Claude Farmers Market, and a return to Highland Springs Neighborhood on Friday. ¡Feliz Día del Padre! 👨

Today, we want to wish a very Happy Father’s Day to all of the incredible fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures who lead by example, work tirelessly for their families, and help shape the next generation through their love, sacrifice, and guidance. Thank you for everything that you do.

We would also like to give a special Father’s Day shoutout to the one and only, Owner & Chef, Mr. MTZ, Indolfo Martinez. For those who know our story, you know that Taqueria MTZ was built on his hard work, determination, and passion for sharing authentic Mexican food with our community. From long days in the kitchen to late nights on the food truck, his dedication to our family, our guests, and his craft is the reason Taqueria MTZ is what it is today.

Jefé, thank you for teaching us the value of hard work, perseverance, and never forgetting where we come from. We are grateful every day for everything that you do for our family and this business. 🙏🏼
