Dinner tonight was too pretty not to share. 😍

Pan-seared Mahi with a little Arkansas flair. Fried potatoes with a bell pepper medley, buttery garlic herb sautéed Asparagus, and an over the top end-of-summer salsa.

Fresh, buttery, savory, a little bright, and absolutely ridiculous. 10/10. No notes. 🐟🥔🌿🍅

Sometimes Arkansas cleans up real nice. ❤️
