Seared scallops over teriyaki ginger noodles, a hint of hot honey, red and green bell pepper, Portobello mushrooms. The one that disappears first.

Seared mahi mahi, dirty rice, vegetable medley. Clean, bold, and gone before you finish the story.

Bourbon peach double bone pork chop, garlic whipped mashed potatoes, honey glazed carrots. The plate you plan the night around.
