Allow me to introduce, TJ Fairchild, owner of Commonplace Coffee of Pittsburgh PA and my Coffee Consultant. Also, the Coffee Bean supplier of Relics!
I reached out to TJ last fall/winter. Since then, he has been my go to guy for all my silly coffee shop owner questions. He and I have worked to design the barista bar and what equipment will be used to guarantee our customers a consistent, quality product!! TJ and Commonplace have opened over 170 coffee shops for small business owners like myself.
The staff of Relics will join TJ and his staff for hours of professional barista training, in Pittsburgh and in house at Relics!
Relics Coffee Lounge looks forward to bringing the best coffee products with TJ and Commonplace Coffee! ☕️
