Last night, we got to give the food truck a proper test run with an employee soft launch after hours; good food and finally getting to enjoy something that’s had so much work happening behind the scenes.

A huge thank you to Luke, Dr. Rima, and the entire team for all of the time, ideas, problem-solving, and hard work that went into bringing this vision to life. Seeing everyone gathered around the truck, actually ordering food and having fun together made it feel very real. 🥹

We’ve been working toward this for a while… and we’re so excited for what’s next 🫶
