So as we are prepping for another week if serving up our delicious bbq, I'm working on ideas! Things we can add to the menu and the property to make the customer experience even better.
We are getting close to having our proper point of sale system working. This will enable us to soon have reward and gift cards!
I'm also getting our initial order together for Hermann Wurst Haus. This will add a few Missouri made deli meats as well as spectacular award winning bratwurst! We'll have the brats for sale in the freezer, as well as a bratwurst of the month we'll have hot and ready to enjoy.
We've been testing a few favorites from the old locations. Definitely a touch more challenging considering we don't have deep fryers in the restaurant. But personal pizzas and pulled pork eggrolls should be making a comeback very soon!
We're working on adding on to the smoker room as well. This will make life a little easier, currently I'm loading smokers three times overnight in order to have things ready when we open for lunch.
Other great additions are coming to the deli case! Besides our regular sides being available in various sizes even up to a quart, we will be adding chicken salad, smoked tuna, cucumber salad, Mexican corn salad and more!
Other long term projects are in the works, like finishing the petting zoo, the general store, charging station and much more!
What would you like to see us add? We are open to suggestions, and if it's something we can make work we will definitely try to do it!
