QUESTION? Why are we hiring if we are closing? At NICKY G’s we are all about keeping it positive but sometimes….NEWS FLASH-For those FEW people constantly starting rumors that we are closing TAKE A SEAT! It is beyond frustrating to hear and deal with phone calls and voicemails clogging up our voicemail asking this question. I understand people calling because maybe they have an event booked and are worried and that is not their fault. Maybe this is the goal of starting a rumor?

For inquiring minds we have 15 events this weekend which include 2 large weddings and another event for 300 people. Oh and 4 bar setups this week as well.

In the last 2 weeks we have catered to almost 3000 guests and still do carryout when we can and do our school lunches.

Small businesses going out of business do not sponsor multiple sports teams (6) or donate over $20k of food, gift cards and $ to our Riverbend Community so far in 2026.

LOOKING FOR A “NIGHT OWL”-We are so busy we can no longer get all our food prep done during the day and we need all available space in the kitchen for staging and cooking. Hours will vary and yes this position will require weekends. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 40 lbs and be able to read & follow a to-do list. You will be cleaning up after yourself-in other words you are your own dishwasher most of the time! If interested send us a message. Starting pay will be based on your experience with a bump for overnight work. 18 years or older is a must. Please share for us-Thanks 😀
