⏰ LESS THAN 72 HOURS TO GO! ⏰

We’re officially THREE DAYS away from the Alton-Wood River Sportsmen’s Club’s 80th Anniversary Celebration & D&D Pro Rodeo!

A few important reminders before Saturday:

🎟️ You MUST have an event ticket to enter the event and purchase Woody’s. Tickets are available in advance and will also be available for purchase at the gate. You cannot enter solely to pick up food.

This event is about celebrating and supporting the Alton-Wood River Sportsmen’s Club. Woody’s is simply one of the vendors participating. While we are so excited to see you all, we don’t want to loose sight of the main objective of the event. Your admission supports the club, so please come enjoy the rodeo, the celebration, and everything the event has to offer—not just chicken strips!

🚫 We will NOT have to-go boxes available. Every meal will be served individually, so please do not order more meals than you can physically carry. We will not have boxes, bags, or another way to package large orders for transport.

Grab your tickets, bring your people, support the club, and come hungry! We can’t wait to see you! 😊

ALTON… WHAT?! 🤯❤️ 2:04am!
You all showed up and showed OUT!

From the bottom of our hearts… THANK YOU.

• Thank you to Rick for sharing your space with us and for all the work you put in behind the scenes!
• Thank you to the Alton Little Theater for lending us your lot and bathrooms for the day!
• Thank you to every single person who helped take orders, cook, direct traffic, run errands — all of the things. We see how tirelessly you all worked, we appreciate every single one of you, and we truly couldn’t have survived the day without you.
• Thank you to APD, the city, and all agencies for being so gracious to us and helping keep this day flowing and safe.
• Thank you to Riverbender, WBGZ, The Telegraph, 618 Drones, FOX 2 News, and everyone else for helping us announce, share, and remember this amazing day!
•Thank you to our grandpa, Woody, who started a restaurant that became a family, almost 67 years ago. He would have been mind-blown by the outpouring love you all showed us today❤️

But the most important thank you goes to this community.
To each and every one of you who came out and supported us… YOU are our why. YOU are what we missed.
We are beyond grateful for every single one of you — for your patience, your time, and your smiling faces after waiting 10–12 hours.

We could’ve never predicted this turnout. No matter where this goes in the future, you just gave us one of the best Woody’s memories we could’ve ever imagined.

Stay tuned here for any and all upcoming news! 🐔❤️
Love, Nate and Lili
