This Friday marks Chef Andy Long’s last day with us.

For more than a decade, Andy’s philosophy has been simple: stay humble, pay attention to detail, and treat people well. That showed up in everything he did: in his food, in the culture he fostered, and in the people he mentored along the way.

The enthusiasm he carried into every menu and the loyalty of the people who worked alongside him - that’s a legacy worth celebrating.

We’re grateful for every dish, every shift, every lesson. Wishing Andy and his family nothing but the best in his next chapter. Stop by this week if you can, and help us celebrate him. Thank you, Chef!
