One whole year of sourdough!

For the past 365 days, we’ve been mixing, folding, stretching, fermenting, scoring, and baking sourdough right here at Zuzu’s Kitchen. What started as an experiment has become such a special part of our café.

We’ve learned A LOT along the way some beautiful loaves, some not-so-beautiful loaves 😂, plenty of late nights, and countless batches that taught us something new.

Every loaf is made by hand, with time, patience, and so much love. Thank you to everyone who has supported us, taken home a loaf, shared a photo, or simply cheered us on along the way.

Here’s to ONE YEAR of sourdough and many, many more to come!
