Welcome to another Wrapper Roll Call! We want to see your packaging.

Wrapper Roll Call is our way of celebrating the creativity, stories, and people behind chocolate packaging from makers around the world.

Every wrapper has something to say — about the cacao, the maker, the place, the inspiration, and the story behind the chocolate.

Tag us in your wrapper post or share a photo in the comments so we can celebrate the creativity of the chocolate-making community and support one another. And don’t forget to give a shout-out to the artist or designer who created your wrapper.

Today’s Wrapper Roll Call features this beautiful wrapper from Mashpi Chocolate.

Nurturing a team means giving people the training, tools, guidance and opportunities they need to develop their strengths and do their best work.

It also means recognizing that sustainable performance requires balance.

When team members are encouraged to learn, take ownership, contribute ideas and continue developing professionally—while still having the time and space to care for their lives outside of work—everyone benefits.

Strong businesses are built by strong people. And strong people thrive when they feel supported, challenged and valued.

𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

As chocolate makers prepare for one of the busiest production seasons of the year, now is a good time to give your machines a little extra attention.

Before production ramps up:

• Inspect belts, wipers, couplers, and other wear parts
• Check that moving parts are operating smoothly
• Clean equipment thoroughly
• Make sure frequently replaced parts are on hand
• Run your equipment before your busiest production days to identify potential issues early

A little preventive maintenance now can help reduce unexpected interruptions when every production day counts.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿.

Need replacement parts or have a maintenance question about your CocoaTown equipment? Contact us before the heart of the holiday rush begins.
