Meet Mike “Big Mike” Mosley, a longtime Original Pancake House cook who spent years at our Memorial Drive Stone Mountain/Decatur location before joining us here in Alpharetta 10 years ago.

Here he is plating one of the dishes OPH is famous for — our oven-baked Apple Pancake, made with Granny Smith apples and that cinnamon-sugar glaze. 🔥🍎
