Coffee Tasting Event - Las Lajas Mill – Unique Varieties from Costa Rica

In August, Belux Coffee Roasters team made a short trip to Costa Rica to visit Las Lajas mill. The mill has an extremely good reputation for its Natural and Honey processes and is among the very first farmers in Costa Rica to produce Honey and Natural process specialty coffee. During our visit, we cupped 6 different coffees with different processes. In this event, we will select 3 unique coffee varieties from the cupping table to taste. We will introduce 4 different Natural processes and 4 different honey processes from Las Lajas Mill. Sign up (https://www.beluxcoffee.com/product-page-1/coffee-tasting-event-coffee) and learn more about those coffees and the trip!

What a wonderful cupping experience at Las Lajas Estate Coffee in Costa Rica 🇨🇷. Las Lajas

Appreciate the hospitality and setting up coffee cupping for 6 different varieties for us! As well as showing us the coffee facility, processing methods, and learning about the family history (four generations coffee farm and two generations processing mill). We look forwarding to the 2026/27 new harvest season!
