Still thinking about Taste of Alpharetta. ✨

A few weeks later, and we’re still so grateful for everyone who stopped by, tried a bite, and showed us so much love. We were honored to take home the Best Entrée Award, but the best part was getting to share our Baja-inspired flavors with the Alpharetta community.

And we’re just getting started.

Join us Friday, June 19 from 5 to 7 PM in front of the restaurant at Alpharetta City Center for a free pre-opening food giveaway, served until supplies last.

🌮 Steak and lobster gourmet tacos.

Grilled steak and Maine lobster meet avocado crema, arbol salsa, pickled onions, cilantro, and lime, all served on our signature handmade, organic, non-GMO blue corn tortillas.

Paired with Mexican rice and black beans, this is the kind of chef-crafted, Baja-inspired flavor we’re bringing to downtown Alpharetta this summer.

Part two of our Amasa Mexican Kitchen build-out tour takes us upstairs.

Owner Juan Calle is giving you a first look at the Tequila Room inside the old Jekyll Brewing space at Alpharetta City Center, where vaulted ceilings, a small stage for live musicians, tequila classes, tastings, and special events will all come together.

Then we head out to the rooftop deck, with a beautiful view overlooking Alpharetta City Center.

This is one of the spaces we’re most excited to bring to life, and we can’t wait to share more as the build-out continues.

At Amasa, every dish will be 100% gluten-free and made with fresh, carefully sourced ingredients. Nothing is ever frozen. Our blue corn tortillas are hand-pressed daily, our menu is rooted in Baja California, and every plate is built with intention.

For us, conscious food isn’t about restriction. It’s about craft, care, and creating food that feels as good as it tastes.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Amasa this summer at Alpharetta City Center.

We’re bringing Amasa Mexican Kitchen to life in the old Jekyll Brewing space at Alpharetta City Center, starting with the build-out.

Owner Juan Calle is giving you a first look inside the space before it transforms, from the entrance to the main dining room and bar areas, with a look at the inspiration behind what’s ahead.

This is the beginning of our build-out journey, and we’re excited to bring the Alpharetta community along for the process.
